Basically, we promise to protect your privacy the way a pit bull protects his chew toy. Here's a whole bunch of reasons why you can feel perfectly safe and secure working with us.

bCreative is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell,
share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this
statement. Any personal information you give us is held in the utmost care and security and
will not be used with outside parties in any way without your prior consent.

In order to use this website, a user must complete a registration form to become a Member
(a "Creative Member" or a "Licensee Member"). The form requires the user to give personal
contact information such as name, email and mailing address and phone number. This information
is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have registered to
use.

To preserve a Creative Member's privacy, A Creative Member is never referred to on our
site by their name, only by their Creative Member identification number. This i.d. number is
assigned upon registration and acceptance by bCreative and consists of the first three letters
of a last name followed by 3 numeric digits. For example, Jeff Harlow might be id# HAR-001 and
John Harris might be id# HAR-002.

Licensee Members may be referred to on the Site by Company name, but not by individual user names.

bCreative will share accepted ideas from Creative Members with Licensee Members and
bCreative staff via our online searchable database of ideas. These ideas are logged into the
online database strictly for content creativity and do not associate the idea with any personal
identifiable characteristics of the Creative Member who submits the idea. These ideas are only
viewable to the staff of bCreative and our Licensee Member group and cannot be viewed by other
Creative Members.

We request credit card information from the user when the user chooses to purchase credits
for submission of creative ideas to bCreative. The use of your credit card on our site is
secure. bCreative never sees, receives or keeps credit card information and all credit card
transactions occur through CyberCash a highly secure online credit card processing agency.

bCreative uses cookies to track information on the site. A cookie is a piece of data
stored on the user's hard drive that contains information about the user. The information
stored in a cookie is linked to personally identifiable information while on our site. When
exiting our site, if you properly log off by clicking "logout", the cookie is deleted from your
pc's hard drive. The advantage of using cookies on our site is that bCreative can track usage
and target the activity of users to improve the functionality of our site.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement and
gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are in no way linked to personally
identifiable information.

bCreative takes every reasonable precaution to protect our users' personal information.
When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, the information is protected both

site information, policy and service announcements. Members are not able to unsubscribe from
these updates, which contain important information about bCreative policies and services. We

use our service, we will correct, update or deactivate that user's personal data provided to

what circumstances, if any, we disclose it to other parties. We will use information in

was collected, we request permission of our members via email and/or post the new policy to our
website. Our members will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this

intellectual property that is represented, owned or controlled by bCreative. In the event that
children under the age of 13 visit this Site, we strongly encourage their parents or guardians
to closely monitor any use thereof. No information should be submitted to or posted on this
Site by anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of their parent or guardian. Unless
otherwise disclosed during collection, we do not provide any personally identifying information
regardless of its source, to any third party for any purposes whatsoever from anyone,
particularly those under 13 years of age. No information collected from anyone under 13 years
of age is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever by us. We do not allow
users less than 13 years of age to be listed in our Member Directory or to receive direct
marketing communications. However, we presume that unless otherwise instructed to the contrary,
any request for information about our products or services came from an individual over the age
of 13.
